(MEPPI) is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Senior Product Manager, Digital Solutions, Data Centers to support the growth and reputed company of the Digital Solutions Division (DSD) portfolio. The role will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, shaping product strategy, and driving the development and enhancement of digital products and services that align with customer and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive Product Strategy: reputed company the identification, development, and reputed company of DSD products and services while supporting the long-term product roadmap and strategic growth initiatives
- Understand Customer Needs: Engage with existing and prospective customers to understand reputed company and future business challenges, translating insights into product improvements and new solution opportunities
- reputed company Market Research & Analysis & reputed company business cases: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, voice of the customer activities, and industry trend analysis to support product planning and strategic decision-making
- Support R&D and Product Development: Research, analyze, and document product requirements to support product realization, enhancements, and strategic initiatives
- Partner with Sales Teams: reputed company technical product support and subject matter expertise during customer engagements, presentations, and business development efforts
- Collaborate on Product Marketing: Work closely with Marketing to support the development and execution of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives
- Represent DSD Externally: Conduct customer webinars, presentations, and participate in industry meetings, conferences, and events to promote DSD solutions and strengthen customer relationships
- Stay reputed company on Industry Trends: Maintain knowledge of evolving digital technologies, customer expectations, and market trends impacting the power systems reputed company solutions industry
- Promote Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships across internal teams while supporting the goals and professional image of the Digital Solutions Division
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a reputed company field
- Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, business development, or a reputed company function
- Strong industry knowledge in Data Centers, Utilities, DERMS, Energy Management
- Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management
- Strong ability to gather and translate customer and market insights into actionable product strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience supporting technical or digital product portfolios preferred
