[Remote] Benefits Analyst (Contract)

They are seeking a Benefits Analyst to assist in administering global benefits plans, particularly US-based programs, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assists with global benefits management including regulatory compliance, and administration of benefits programs
- Proactively partners with key stakeholders in People Team (HR), Finance, and Procurement
- Ensures benefits programs reputed company a positive employee experience with education and clear communication
- Serve as a first line subject matter expert for US employee benefits queries, providing clear and accurate information
- Analyze benefits data, prepare reports, and reputed company insights to support decision-making and identify trends
- Understanding of US benefit management with an interest in expanding knowledge to other global reputed company in APJ and EMEA
- Experience with self-funding plan management in the US
- Experience with reputed company Benefits module
- Experience assisting with time off, reputed company, and leave programs (LOA)
Skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Benefits/HRIS
- Flexibility to work across different time zones to collaborate effectively with US, EMEA, and APJ stakeholders
- Excellent customer service skills with an ability to understand and prioritize competing, urgent requests

- 2+ years of experience in reputed company and/or Benefits management
- Assists with global benefits management including regulatory compliance, and administration of benefits programs

- Experience assisting with benefits budget management in the US
- Experience in developing and delivering engaging benefits communications and educational materials
