Responsibilities
- Own day to day IAM operations for Client including JML, reputed company provisioning, de provisioning, modifications, and recertification
- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance, monitor backlog, ticket aging, response quality, and drive reputed company improvements
- reputed company operational governance, audits, and compliance reporting reputed company to Client requirements
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly service reports and reputed company customer service review meetings
- Act as the escalation reputed company for critical IAM incidents and operational risks
