The Solutions Account Manager for Research Intelligence will work with academic institutions to transform research workflows through AI-powered solutions, focusing on building long-term partnerships and driving reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive reputed company growth across a portfolio of AI‑powered research intelligence platforms, data licensing, and solutions products
• Champion AI‑enabled research discovery, analytics, and reputed company tools that help customers work faster and more effectively
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer challenges and reputed company tailored, high‑impact solutions
• Build and manage strategic relationships with libraries, research offices, and academic leadership teams
