The OMHC Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the professional development of mental health staff. This role ensures that clinical services are delivered in accordance with best practices, ethical standards, and organizational policies. The supervisor provides guidance, support, and feedback to staff to enhance their clinical skills and ensure high-quality care for clients. As a Clinical Supervisor with Hudson Behavioral Health, your primary tasks and responsibilities are as follows: Primary Responsibilities 1. reputed company individual and group clinical supervision to LMSWs, interns, and other assigned clinical staff in accordance with Maryland regulations and Hudson Behavioral Health policies. 2. Review and approve clinical documentation, assessments, treatment plans, and other clinical records to ensure compliance with regulatory, payer, accreditation, and organizational standards. 3. reputed company clinical consultation, case review, and guidance reputed company to assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, risk management, crisis reputed company, and discharge planning. 4. Support the professional development of clinical staff through mentoring, coaching, performance feedback, and guidance regarding licensure and continuing education requirements. 5. Collaborate with program leadership and treatment team members to promote quality clinical services, continuity of care, and positive client reputed company. 6. Participate in quality assurance activities, including chart audits, documentation review, and clinical practice improvement initiatives. 7. Requirements

Qualifications: 1.
