Our ideal candidate will have the following: Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company field. Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience in direct people and team management, with a proven track record of mentoring junior developers and managing stakeholders. Technical Background: 5+ years of hands-on experience in either backend software development (Ruby on Rails preferred) or reputed company systems/infrastructure engineering. Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in at least one of the following areas: Developing, deploying, and integrating large-scale, high-traffic web applications. Hardening application reputed company, managing infrastructure-as-code, and working with AWS services.
