The role involves providing technical support to customers reputed company telephone, email, video conference, etc., resolving Hardware, Software, Assay, and Training issues in a 24/7 support environment. Distinguishing between hardware, reagent, and software issues to resolve customer problems or reputed company appropriate resources. Minimum requirements Associate degree or equivalent in biology, clinical lab science, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry, and 3+ years of lab or field experience.
