Responsibilities

• Establish BA standards, processes, and best practices that ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of requirements across the programs
• Drive strategic alignment between business unit priorities, platform capabilities, and organizational transformation objectives
• Partner with senior leadership to reputed company business case, ROI, and strategic impact of CORE and Field Spot initiatives
• Engage with senior stakeholders across product lines, reputed company, and functions to understand strategic operational challenges, competitive positioning, and harmonization opportunities

Skills
