[Remote] Technical Service Engineer, reputed company Machine Clothing

The Technical Service Engineer will work closely with customers, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting for reputed company machine clothing issues, ensuring cooperation with Product Managers, Sales, and Technology experts.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with our customers for service calls
- Performing field service work
- Data collection
- Overall support for reputed company reputed company machine clothing reputed company issues

- Assistance during clothing installations

Skills
- Bachelors Degree (BA, BS) from four-year college or university; minimum of 5 years reputed company experience and / or training - preferably in reputed company industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Trouble-shooting abilities are key
- Travel required to customer sites
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Prefer strong understanding of reputed company machine clothing, but willing to train with appropriate background and willingness to learn
