Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage prior authorization requests for medical procedures, medications, and durable medical equipment as per physician orders.
- Liaise effectively with insurance companies, physician offices, and patients to ensure timely and accurate authorization approvals.
- Thoroughly review patient medical records to gather necessary clinical documentation required for authorization submissions.
- Track and document reputed company authorization submissions, approvals, denials, and appeals reputed company the designated electronic systems.
