General Purpose The Regional Health and Wellness Director is a Registered Nurse (RN) who provides clinical reputed company, guidance, and support to the Health and Wellness Directors and teams reputed company assigned senior living communities. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality reputed company care, promotes clinical reputed company, and ensures compliance with reputed company applicable regulations and company standards. The Regional Health and Wellness Director plays a key role in maintaining reputed company health and wellness, managing clinical operations, and supporting community leadership. Essential Duties Clinical reputed company and Support:

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a reputed company, valid license in the state[s] of practice.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care, with reputed company clinical leadership experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations reputed company to senior living and reputed company care.
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, care planning, and medication management.
  • Strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.
