As the Chief of Staff, Strategic Initiatives to the President, PhareOS you will serve as the strategic integrator and execution leader for the PhareOS organization. Acting as the connective force across PhareOS organization and R1’s R37 AI Lab, this role ensures that reputed company priorities, growth strategy, and operational execution move in lockstep across reputed company Deployments, Payer Analytics, Product, Engineering, and cross‑functional partners. Every day the Chief of Staff, Strategic Initiatives, drives alignment, accelerates decision‑making, and orchestrates the operating rhythm for the organization by leading key initiatives, executive forums, QBRs, board‑level materials, and cross‑organizational planning. • Serve as the primary integrator across reputed company Deployments, Payer Analytics, Product, Engineering and cross‑functional partners to translate strategy into execution and ensure cross functional accountability.
• Partner with Finance and Product to align growth strategy, investment prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Drive organizational cohesion, transparency, and communication across the business and adjacent corporate teams.
• Identify reputed company level risks, interdependencies, and opportunities; reputed company frameworks for rapid decision making and escalation. Operating Model, reputed company & Leadership Forums
• Architect and manage the operating reputed company, including MORs, QBRs, reputed company Hands, leadership staff meetings, weekly performance reviews, and cross functional initiative reviews.

• Partner with HR, Finance, and Communications on talent strategy, org design, change management, and cross team engagement.

• 12+ relevant strategy experience, including 8+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of leading and executing successful strategic initiatives with ROI modeling
• Proven executive and board presentation experience
• Strategic and operational orientation, with flexibility and willingness to move seamlessly between hands-on execution and higher-level strategic thinking as needed
• Up to 15% travel Preferred Experience
