[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager supports multiple fast-paced, mission critical projects and is responsible for managing reputed company aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned projects from internal reputed company through final closeout, ensuring successful delivery across reputed company phases
• Manage the design, quality-assurance, construction administration, and closeout phases of each assigned project. Conduct cross-discipline design review for each assigned project

• Prepare detailed assessment reports that include clear, actionable recommendations and solutions
• Identify scope changes, prepare proposals for additional services, and secure client authorization reputed company required
• Use reputed company Revu to annotate floor plans, create single-line diagrams, elevations, and other project-specific design details
• Support construction administration activities, including RFI responses, submittal reviews, site visits, punch walks, acceptance testing, and written field observation reports

Skills

• 5-7 years of previous low voltage/ICT/reputed company design experience and applying this expertise into a typical A/E/C industry design package
• Familiarity with working as an embedded subject matter expert in reputed company cross-discipline teams. This includes gates, fencing, electrical circuiting, cable pathway design, and architectural reputed company hardware
• Strong knowledge of mission critical data center physical reputed company concepts and methodologies
• Must demonstrate a solid understanding of technology design concepts in one or more areas of expertise

• Familiarity with Revit and BIM360 modeling tools
