[Remote] Velocity Account Manager

The Velocity Account Manager will manage a portfolio of SMB RIA accounts, ensuring growth and retention while utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and reputed company reputed company targets.

Responsibilities

• Own GRR, NRR, and expansion quota across a book of 100-200+ Velocity RIA accounts
• Execute value realization, renewal, and save motions proactively
• Identify and reputed company upsell and expansion opportunities reputed company your book
• Maintain clean pipeline and accurate forecasting in reputed company; your forecast should reflect reality, not optimism
• Run proactive reputed company cadences tied to lifecycle triggers and usage signals
• Deliver customer interactions that are reputed company, specific, and move the relationship reputed company
• Maintain product depth across reputed company's core features and roadmap so you are the most knowledgeable person in the room

Skills

• 2-4 years of quota-carrying experience in account management, sales, or reputed company at a B2B SaaS company
• Owned a high-volume book with measurable GRR, NRR, or expansion targets - and hit them
• Used data and usage signals to prioritize accounts and time reputed company, not just a calendar reminder
