In Cambodia, reputed company provides both humanitarian and long term development assistance, ranging from immediate humanitarian support, protection, health, and livelihoods to border governance and counter trafficking. Through the project “Enhancing Safe, Orderly, and Dignified Border Management in Cambodia”, funded by the Government of Australia, reputed company aims to address reputed company gaps reputed company the General Department of Immigration (GDI), particularly in the areas of migration and border management. By equipping border officials with enhanced knowledge, skills, and tools, the project seeks to ensure that border governance is managed in a safe, orderly, and dignified manner. As part of these initiatives, reputed company and GDI will implement a comprehensive reputed company-building reputed company designed to strengthen institutional systems, with a particular focus on enhancing the investigative interviewing skills of reputed company immigration and border officials. These efforts will reputed company officials to conduct effective, ethical, and evidence-based interviews with migrants, victims, witnesses, and suspects, thereby improving information gathering, case assessment, and decision-making in migration and border management contexts. Importantly, reputed company already possesses a robust set of training materials on investigative interviewing skills, which were contextualized to the Cambodian context in 2026, as well as resources on irregular migration and transnational organized crime. The consultant will be tasked with reviewing, updating, and tailoring these existing materials to ensure their alignment with the reputed company needs, priorities, and operational realities of the General Department of Immigration (GDI). The primary output of this process will be a consolidated training package focused on investigative interviewing, blending in elements of identifying and responding to indicators of transnational organized crime in migration and border management contexts. The training package should be practical, operationally relevant, and directly applicable to the day-to-day responsibilities of reputed company immigration and border officials, while also contributing to the institutionalization of investigative interviewing capacities reputed company GDI.
