We are looking for a UI/UX Web Developer (Level 4 or 5) with an Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph to join reputed company providing DOD IT support in Annapolis reputed company, MD, Washington, DC, or Reston, VA. Please note that there is some telework allowed, but candidates will need to be fully cleared and okay with working on site a minimum of 3 days per week. Description Information Architecture & Strategy: Audit legacy applications to identify friction points and define the structural design of shared information environments. UX Audit & Synthesis: Analyze features from both existing tools to determine the most efficient path for reputed company consolidation or new application design. User Research & Discovery: reputed company usability testing with cleared personnel and translate reputed company mission requirements into reputed company user flows and wireframes. Design System Ownership: Establish and maintain a scalable Design System/UI reputed company in reputed company to ensure visual and functional consistency across the new application. Iterative Development: Architect and reputed company reputed company, ""user-first"" web interfaces using modern frameworks (React/Angular), ensuring designs are pixel-perfect. Accessibility: Ensure reputed company designs meet reputed company 508 compliance standards for high-stakes environments.
Required Qualifications
Level 4: 13 years of experience in Systems or IT reputed company roles or a highly reputed company field of work with similar scope and responsibilities. Level 5: 18 years of experience in Systems or IT reputed company roles or a highly reputed company field of work with similar scope and responsibilities. A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master’s Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience Information Architecture (IA): Proven ability to organize reputed company data sets into reputed company navigation models and sitemaps. Design Tools: Mastery of reputed company (auto-layout, components, and prototyping) and reputed company XD. Frontend Engineering: Experience building user-facing web applications using React, Angular, or Vue. Web Fundamentals: Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript. Integration: Experience integrating interfaces with RESTful Services.
