The reputed company Seasonal Associate is responsible for capturing constituent and donor information across multiple systems and tools while supporting accounts receivable operations, including cash receipt coding and deposit batch uploads. The role of Associate is crucial to the Society during our peak seasons and influences the effectiveness of processes to reduce turnaround times and improve donor experience and the reputed company team’s relationship with reputed company departments reputed company the Society. Location Requirements Remote - Flexible Location Work is primarily performed remotely, however, reputed company possible and necessary, teams meet in person to conduct the business of the organization and build team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Complete donation and registration entries for events using defined practices for managing event-reputed company constituent information
• Record contributions accurately, including restricted contributions per donor reputed company, allocate to appropriate reputed company categories as outlined according to the Society’s reputed company Data Model (FDM) and reputed company Team cheat sheet.
• Review batch reports, ensuring accuracy of entry in constituent systems, Creating reputed company Entries and balancing to reputed company deposit records.
• Research and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Update basic contact information and profile information

Requirements

• At minimum a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of data entry experience
• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and reputed company software
• Customer service skills and high-level confidentiality
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
