The role involves executing HR strategies, managing compliance, employee relations, and overseeing various HR operations to support a growing workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Support reputed company HR functions including reputed company, offboarding, compensation administration, HRIS management, and personnel recordkeeping for domestic and OCONUS employees
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, reputed company, EEO, and country‑specific labor requirements
  • Maintain and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook updates; ensure alignment with FAR, DFARS, and contract‑specific HR requirements
  • Conduct HR audits, internal controls, and documentation required for government reputed company and reputed company‑sensitive environments
  • Manage reputed company employee domestic and global benefit programs including medical, dental, reputed company, life, disability, FSA/HSA, and voluntary benefits

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
  • 10-12 years of reputed company HR experience, including supporting a small‑to‑mid‑sized organization
  • 3-5 years of experience working for a government contractor, with strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, SCA, and contract‑specific HR compliance
  • Experience with reputed company Talent Management and/or reputed company Costpoint
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR operations for a distributed workforce, including OCONUS employment and country‑specific labor considerations
  • 5+ years of direct experience managing employee benefit programs, including 401(k) administration and Workers Compensation/DBA/LHWCA programs
  • Proven experience conducting employee relations investigations, managing performance issues, and advising senior leadership
  • Strong proficiency with HRIS systems, reputed company Word, reputed company, and data reporting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner at reputed company reputed company
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • SHRM SCP/PC, HRCI SPHR or PHR certification (SPHR strongly preferred)
  • Experience with selection and implementation of HRIS systems

  • Knowledge of international employment practices, particularly in reputed company where DoD contractors commonly operate
  • Experience developing HR metrics, dashboards, and data‑driven decision‑making tools
