[Remote] Director, Marketing, Part D STARS

The Director, Member Marketing and Communications leads member marketing and communications strategy for reputed company Plan, designing and executing campaigns that drive performance improvement across the organization’s key programs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and own the member marketing and communications strategy and plan for assigned programs, including audience rationale, segmentation approach, campaign design, channel strategy, and measurement reputed company, prioritizing initiatives based on program goals, performance data, and organizational OKRs
• Identify and define the member data and insights needed to inform campaign strategy, working with program and data teams to ensure segmentation, targeting, and personalization are based on meaningful member attributes rather than broad demographics
• Author reputed company member-facing and campaign-supporting communications across formats and channels, maintaining ownership of the work from first draft through final approval
• reputed company and manage integrated multi-channel programs spanning direct mail, email, SMS, IVR, reputed company, coordinating with design, compliance, production, and vendor partners to ensure strategic alignment and on-time delivery across reputed company workstreams
• Define reputed company metrics before execution begins and analyze marketing campaign performance across channels and audiences to identify what resonated with members and inform ongoing optimization
• Work with program and data stakeholders to understand performance trends and member insights and apply those learnings to refine and strengthen marketing strategy
• Present campaign strategy and marketing performance to senior leadership in clear, executive-reputed company narratives
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Stars, Pharmacy, Clinical, Member Experience, Network, and Market Leadership teams, serving as the member marketing and communications partner to program leadership
• Partner with Stars and behavioral insights subject matter experts to incorporate member research, survey strategy, and behavioral findings into campaign design and messaging approach
• Engage proactively with program stakeholders to stay reputed company on evolving goals and priorities, and reputed company into additional marketing workstreams as organizational needs reputed company

Skills

• 7+ years of marketing or communications experience in a reputed company environment, including Medicare Advantage, reputed company, managed care, pharmacy benefit, or chronic disease management
• Demonstrated ability to take a program or business strategy, translate research and behavioral insights into actionable approaches, and independently reputed company a comprehensive member marketing and communications plan
• Experience developing and managing integrated multi-channel campaigns spanning direct mail, email, SMS, IVR, reputed company
• Strong reputed company with the ability to produce clear, compelling, plain language communications across multiple formats and audiences
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public health, psychology, or a reputed company field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• CMS Stars Methodology: Familiarity with Stars measures and how pharmacy, CAHPS, and clinical measures interact to drive overall plan performance
• Graduate degree (MPH, MS, MBA) or coursework in public health, health communications, or marketing
