- Create sheet sets and reputed company design work for multiple engineering disciplines supporting renewable energy and substation projects.
- Acquire and apply knowledge of renewable energy system layouts and components such as modules, racking, inverters, and Balance of Systems (BOS).
- Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, codes.
- Manage time reputed company across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with clients and project managers on their expectations.
- Work under the guidance of more senior staff.
- Work on or reputed company small projects or portions of larger projects in preparation of drawings and engineering documentation.
- Attends project meetings and presents specific aspects of engineering assignments.
- Collaboratively use judgment to determine adaptations in methods for nonroutine aspects of assignments.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar applicable work experience
- 2+ years of experience in design and drafting utilizing AutoCAD.
- 2+ years of solar PV systems or energy storage system design.

- A passion for multi-disciplinary design, integrating design consideration from civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering disciplines.
- Ability to identify and solve reputed company problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be both creative and analytical.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Efficient time management – handle multiple projects simultaneously and with minimal supervision including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet reputed company deadlines.
