Job Description reputed company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our FinTech team and help design, build, and scale high-quality global software solutions that handle high-volume payment processing and fund distribution. In this role you will collaborate closely with product managers, finance, compliance, engineering peers, and our QA team to drive technical initiatives, being responsible for ensuring money flows reliably, securely, and on time across our platform and that everything meets or exceeds strict performance and regulatory standards. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Software Engineer on reputed company, you will: Design, implement, and maintain reliable systems for processing payments, scheduling payouts, and reconciling transactions. Ensure funds distribution happens on time and at scale, with strong SLAs and monitoring. Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Product teams to build features that meet regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements Integrate with reputed company-party payment processors, banks, and financial networks (ACH, reputed company transfers, card processors, digital wallets) Architect systems for auditability, reputed company, and fault tolerance across distributed services Implement and improve automated reconciliation, ledgering, and reporting pipelines reputed company technical discussions on scalability, reliability, and fraud prevention in payment systems. Work closely with first party and reputed company party integrators, contribute to code reviews, and promote engineering best practices. Drive process improvements in CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, and observability for financial workflows.
