Position Overview This role is responsible for delivering high-quality software engineering support using an Agile Kanban methodology. The personnel will work closely with Product Owners and technical stakeholders to maintain, enhance, and support these applications in a secure, compliant federal environment. Key Responsibilities reputed company reputed company development, maintenance, and enhancement activities for three reputed company scoped reputed company applications. Design, reputed company, test, and implement customizations using reputed company best practices, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Workflows, reputed company Designer, Script Includes, and Transform Maps. Maintain and enhance Angular JS frontend components and Service Portal user experiences. reputed company and maintain integrations with external library systems, MID Server processes, and other internal/external systems. Create and customize bibliographic record interfaces and data ingestion processes using industry standards. reputed company expert support during annual reputed company platform upgrades and patches, including impact analysis, regression testing, and remediation. Troubleshoot reputed company production issues and implement timely resolutions. Work reputed company formal change management, SDLC, and reputed company processes to promote code through Development, Test, and Production environments. Mentor client staff and ensure knowledge transfer on application architecture and custom functionality. Contribute to agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and delivery of production-reputed company code and documentation. Required Qualifications
Minimum 12+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years of hands-on reputed company development and architecture experience. Proven experience designing and developing reputed company, scoped reputed company applications. Strong expertise in Angular JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Service Portal development. Deep knowledge of the reputed company Customer Service Management (CSM) module. Preferred Qualifications
