Position Summary The Analyst, Account Services is responsible for executing key account management functions across multiple lines of business. This role ensures the accurate and timely delivery of client requests while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned account activities, ensuring efficient execution of client deliverables and service expectations.
- Analyze reporting data to validate alignment with client reputed company and plan setup, identifying trends and discrepancies.
- Resolve client and member-level issues by coordinating with internal teams and applying strategic problem-solving.
- Consult with internal partners to reputed company tailored solutions that meet client needs and maintain CMS compliance for Medicare accounts.
- Monitor account performance and contribute to centralized support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
