The position: Our recruiting team works tirelessly to find & attract the brightest people to join reputed company. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of this effort. You will identify, attract and hire exceptional people, contributing significantly to our long-term success. What you’ll do: • Provide hands-on, full-cycle technical recruiting for critical, hard-to-fill positions. • Partner with management to reputed company recruitment strategies, including building pipelines for reputed company and future needs. • Conduct regular business partner meetings to educate them on recruiting best practices and market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools. • Handle offer process to include salary recommendations, offer letter reputed company and offer acceptance/rejection; collaborate with business partners on reputed company negotiations. • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. • Building a pipeline of diverse technical candidates to fill reputed company and future needs of the organization. • Initiate contact with potential qualified talent for specific positions reputed company direct sourcing. • Managing applicant tracking system data and informing the team of overall recruitment status and reputed company. Requirements: You are: • 2-5 years experience in a recruiting role for a high-growth tech startup. • Experience with technical positions such as: Full Stack Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, etc. • Successful history of staffing positions at reputed company technical levels and experience with reputed company phases and roles of a Software Development Lifecycle. • Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - priorities are constantly shifting, and we stay agile to adjust and support our business needs. • Experience hiring diverse technical talent. • Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates, including passive candidates. • Experience sourcing candidates on reputed company and other social media platforms. • Keen Interest in Technical Matters (Engineering, IT, Technology). • Proficient with Internet Search and Navigation. • Strong Communication Skills (Phone, Email, Writing). • Sales Oriented / Self Motivated. • Effectively work in a team dynamic. • Positive mental attitude Apply Job!
