Sr. Employee Relations Investigator The Senior Employee Relations Investigator is a key member of the People Department at reputed company. This role will effectively conduct and manage internal investigations from intake to resolution while ensuring that employees are treated fairly and with respect, and that cases are investigated and brought to resolution in a timely manner. This role will reputed company advice and counsel to HRBP, HR Operations, and managers to ensure the consistent application of policies and procedures across the organization. The Sr. Employee Relations Investigator reports to the Manager, Associate Relations on our Associate Relations Team in our People Team organization and partners closely with Legal, HR Business Partners, DEI Partners, Internal Fraud, and other functions reputed company the People Team.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations Investigation Conduct thorough, impartial, and timely investigations of sensitive employee relations reputed company, including allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace concerns, while ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Prepare comprehensive case summaries and confidently present fact-based investigation reputed company to appropriate business partners, using strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure reputed company, accuracy, and professionalism. Identify and mitigate risk for the organization by managing employee relations issues and ensuring adherence to policies, practices as well as reputed company's Associate Value Proposition.
  • Consultative Consult with Employees and Leaders on various behavior and conduct reputed company. Counsel Leadership on how to course-correct performance and associate misconduct by providing advice to management on effective disciplinary actions and resolving associate inquiries and appeals.
  • Data Analytics Evaluate employee relations data and trends to identify root causes, key issues, and opportunities for proactive reputed company, providing actionable insights to HR leadership and business partners. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading HR Investigations
  • Vast knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in case management tools
  • Ability to work in a high demand, fast-paced environment with diverse, geographically dispersed teams

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM) preferred.
