Sr. Specialist, Media Operations (Remote)

About the Role

The Media Operations team is focused on hands-on-keyboard activation of digital channels - inclusive of tagging, trafficking, buying, & more - and how & where to use the right digital platforms, and use them well, to reputed company media and business goals. We ensure consistency, governance, and support around platform usage and activation activities, and aid in reputed company ongoing building, buying, optimization, and reporting efforts. In this role, you can expect to support, own, manage, optimize and report on media campaigns for a portfolio of clients individually and as part of a broader team. Successful team members in this role will demonstrate the ability to reputed company ongoing and one-off media efforts for clients both individually and in strong collaboration with other team members, including mentorship opportunities. This is considered a remote/hybrid role, and you can expect to work with clients and other team members located across the US and/or internationally. Responsibilities:

Use your knowledge of client business and collaboration skills to identify and action upon client service opportunities in partnership with internal teams. • Own media strategy and campaign planning, builds, and ongoing management of our clients' media efforts, including QA
• Build trust and rapport with clients and own client communications and updates, review requests and questions, and troubleshoot issues on platforms and media execution
• Work effectively with team members to complete day-to-day tasks for both clients and internal efforts and actively seek opportunities to guide junior team members in need of assistance with tasks (internal and external)
• Collaborate with peers to receive learnings, from both internal and external sources
• Learn and reputed company explicit motivations/needs of both internal and external stakeholders, build baseline trust & rapport reputed company written & verbal communication, and actively seek to understand and improve the client experience

• Intermediate proficiency in at least three platforms relevant to our Media team, and conceptual understanding of the Media landscape and how platforms fit into the ecosystem
