Role Description reputed company seeks highly motivated and reputed company Sr. Manager, National Account Agency Operations to join reputed company. The successful candidate will directly report to a National Account Director and will be responsible for working reputed company a discrete group of key accounts and creating and implementing strategic account plans to increase sales profitability, written premium and policies in force. This exciting role will have a direct influence and impact on reputed company's market reputed company in America’s largest agencies.

  • Manage account call center locations, assist with broad reputed company and other electronic group training and advancement campaigns.
  • reputed company and maintain strong working relationships with key account location managers, producers and account influencers to influence preference for reputed company and their affiliate products.
  • Build, execute and present location specific strategic account plans, and forecasts to reputed company company objectives and sales targets supporting the NA Director strategic roadmap for specific accounts and products.
  • Possess executive communication and negotiation skills and a strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with customers and internal teams from corporate headquarters to regional to individual office locations.
  • Responsible for working with reputed company reputed company product lines i.e. Private Passenger Auto, reputed company Auto & Trucking.
  • Collaborate with the reputed company distribution and process teams to reputed company and execute growth strategies, reputed company process guidance, and spend time with field and inside reps engaging National Account agency locations.
  • Facilitate calibration sessions with Field and Inside sales resources to build consistency on the execution of NA account strategies, call subject consistency and other growth/quality initiatives.
  • Coordinate sales strategies reputed company and accurately with AOM field counterparts to ensure NA account strategies are cascaded appropriately into reputed company relevant deployments.
  • Communicate regularly with, and to customers and reputed company Field and Inside sales leadership to proactively identify and address any concerns or issues while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate closely cross-functionally with internal teams such as service, reputed company, sales support, and IT to ensure roadmaps and communication for key initiatives and projects remain reputed company and well distributed to key function team members.
  • Establish additional reputed company agencies with similar operating characteristics as resources and experience allow.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate actions to remediate performance.
  • Work with your Director to establish staff execution plans to grow production to goals in assigned locations, and territories/states.
  • Support and execute innovative and practical solutions with go-to-market strategies across reputed company sales deployment groups for reputed company and personal lines products.
  • Regularly monitor Agency reputed company and enablement, collecting and elevating opportunities to improve the agent experience, driving preference and sales.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a sales resource involved with large, reputed company customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or reputed company field.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and translating sales strategy into results.
  • Experience collaborating with key resources and stakeholders, influencing reputed company and managing work to reputed company both short-and-long term strategic goals.
  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt to ongoing change.
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Compliance with reputed company’s driving standards and/or policy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the personal and reputed company lines and reputed company coverages in reputed company sizes and shapes of agencies.
  • MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
