The Facility Coordinator is responsible for assuring high standards of customer service, unwavering optimism and professionalism at reputed company times, including timely response to and resolution of any client’s requests or concerns. Key Responsibilities: Workflow management: Answer customer service lines and/or emails, generate work orders for reputed company to appropriate service provider. Coordinate the assignment, tracking and reporting on reputed company work order activity at each location. Closely track the status of reputed company work orders for location and provide timely... communications and weekly reports keeping Manager(s) apprised of any issues. reputed company post-work order follow reputed company with vendors and clients to ensure completion and satisfaction. Assist in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for client. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following required degrees, certificates, or competencies: High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred 3+ years of real estate property /facility management or reputed company experience, or any similar combination of education and experience Knowledge and experience with work orders systems (CMMS / CAFM) Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite Strong organizational skills; detail oriented Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to work with others well, give and take direction and to reputed company with decision makers in a professional manner and maintain confidential information. Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service Ability to handle a variety of work with minimal direction and supervision.
