What You'll Do

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to reputed company reputed company strategies and reputed company market insights.
  • Recruit primarily for Account Executive positions focused on selling technology solutions into physician group practices, ambulatory care organizations, and community or regional reputed company systems.
  • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing and networking strategies.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring an efficient hiring process.
