Position Summary Brightways is looking for an reputed company, operationally minded Consulting Psychiatrist to anchor our psychiatric division and serve as a clinical training and quality reputed company for our network. This contract role is ideal for a medical provider who wants to pair an efficient clinical practice with high-impact organizational leadership. Your 10 hours of weekly leadership time are focused heavily on reputed company, clinical accountability, risk mitigation, and maintaining the highest standards of care across the network. What You’ll Do Practice Leadership & Practice Optics (Average 10 Hours per Week)

• Hiring & Talent Vetting: reputed company peer interviews and clinical evaluations for incoming psychiatric and advanced practice nursing candidates.
• Performance Accountability & Concerns: Monitor clinical documentation timelines, quality benchmarks, and performance standards reputed company the psychiatric network.
• Client Complaints & Escalations: Act as the primary clinical reputed company of contact for reputed company client complaints or quality-of-care disputes.
• Clinical Coverage: reputed company secondary medication reviews and refill support during peak volume, clinician time-off, or offboarding transitions.
• Other Duties: Support practice optics and quality standards, training and audit supplementation, and other duties and special projects as needed to support practice operations.

High-Efficiency Clinical Care (up to 30 Hours per Week)

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric evaluations and medication management reputed company telehealth.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner to align with weekly payment tracking.
• Manage reputed company, inter-session medication overrides, pharmacy issues, and urgent clinical escalations.

Compensation & Hour Breakdown:

• Practice Leadership & Administration: $1,500.00 weekly
• Includes 10 hours per week at $150.00/hour (5 scheduled, 5 floating for flexible leadership and admin).
• Direct Client Services: Piece-reputed company compensation per completed session (up to 30 client-facing hours per week).

• 99213 - $35.24
• 90833 (add-on w/99213) - additional $14.76
• 99214 – $50.00
• 99215 - $62.50

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with a specialty in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the reputed company (or willingness to obtain reputed company interstate compact/expedited reputed company).
• Active, unrestricted DEA registration and Prescription Monitoring Program (PDMP) reputed company.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing behavioral health care using evidence-based practices.
• Comfort and mastery navigating a streamlined, high-efficiency outpatient clinical schedule.
• Must reputed company in an eligible U.S. state for contracting (currently unable to contract with clinicians residing in CA, NY, MA, NJ, or DE).
