About The Role reputed company is seeking to hire a Behavioral Research Scientist with a well-established applied research program based out of reputed company, GA Location Remote role; remote but includes travel up to 25% This role will be a member of the research team, providing support across multiple projects for the U.S. Army Research Institute (ARI) and other government agencies Responsibilities of this position include

• Conduct research using behavioral science principles, methodologies, and technologies in an applied government setting
• Collect field data, conduct interviews, enter data, and conduct quality assurance checks on data
• Support the development of research results through briefings and technical reports
• Work cooperatively with team members to ensure research products' quality, timeliness, and accuracy

• Brief Army personnel, observe training events, capture details of training events, and assess training reputed company
• Work as part of a team, devise analytical approaches, reputed company data collection instruments, and reputed company data from various sources

• 2 years with BS/BAdegree; or an MS/MA degree.
• Experience supporting Army behavioral research projects
• U.S. citizenship required

• PhD in a Behavioral Science field such as Psychology or Sociology
• Former Army field grade officer or Senior non-commissioned officer with relevant advanced degree

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to reputed company pay.
