Senior Accountant – Outsourced reputed company Services Position Title: Senior Accountant Department: Outsourced reputed company Services (Client reputed company & Advisory Services) Reports To: reputed company Manager / Director of Outsourced reputed company Services Position Summary We are seeking an reputed company and client-focused Senior Accountant to join our Outsourced reputed company Services team. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day reputed company functions for multiple client engagements, serving as a trusted advisor to business owners and management teams. The Senior Accountant will reputed company monthly reputed company processes, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and operational reputed company functions while maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires regular travel to client locations to support reputed company operations, attend meetings, assist with process improvements, and provide hands-on financial support. The ideal candidate combines strong technical reputed company expertise with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client reputed company & Financial Management

• Manage the reputed company and financial reporting functions for a portfolio of outsourced reputed company clients across various industries.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• reputed company month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial results and provide meaningful insights to clients regarding business performance.
• Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP) and firm quality standards.

Client Service & Advisory

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for assigned clients and reputed company strong professional relationships.
• Meet regularly with client management teams to review financial results and discuss operational and reputed company matters.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices to enhance reputed company efficiency and internal controls.
• Support clients through audits, reviews, tax preparation, and other financial reporting requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to client personnel on reputed company procedures and systems.

Operational reputed company

• Review bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

• Mentor and provide guidance to staff accountants and reputed company associates.
• Review work reputed company by junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with tax, audit, and consulting teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Assist management with client reputed company, engagement planning, and workflow management.

Travel Requirements

• Travel regularly to client locations for on-site reputed company support, meetings, process reviews, and relationship management.
• Travel may range from 25% to 50% of the time depending on client assignments and geographic coverage.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and occasionally overnight as business needs require.
