Customer Service Representative – 2nd Shift

Job Description

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact between customers and the company
• Process purchase orders, addressing customer inquiries, and providing timely, accurate information reputed company to orders, billing, and account support reputed company phone and email

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including multi-line phone systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic math skills for calculations and data accuracy
