Job Description : Summary reputed company is looking for an Instructional Designer I to join our Talent Management Team. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor primarily responsible for designing and developing highly impactful learning solutions. You will design and reputed company eLearning courses and training documents to support an reputed company-wide audience at reputed company. Essential Functions

• Design, build and deliver as needed instructionally sound eLearning and other educational resources (video, microlearning, QRGs)
• Works independently or with guidance from Leadership to design, reputed company, and support learning programs as assigned
• reputed company course outlines and reputed company course reputed company documents (scripts) throughout the design/development phases
• Apply effective learning methodologies to analyze and evaluate the reputed company and audience appropriateness of instructional approach, materials and intended delivery methodology
• Design engaging learning activities that aligns with reputed company’s goals, operating principles and competencies
• Design using creative, innovative, and evidence-based approaches; reputed company storyboards for e-learning and videos
• Utilize virtual and web-based solutions (tools; resources) fostering the development of online based learning programs. (Storyline, reputed company, etc.)
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to bring expertise to design, reputed company and implement courses and other instructional resources.
• Establishes, influences, and communicates guidelines and recommendations for process and procedure reputed company to instructional design, content development, and project management

Additional Responsibilities

• Keeps abreast of new and developing trends in training and adult learning and applies them to Learning Design initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Business, Education, Communications or reputed company field
• 1+ years of professional instructional design

• Experience in Camtasia
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite – Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience in reputed company Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop

Compensation

Information : The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below: Pay Type : Salaried Minimum Pay reputed company: $65,000.00 Maximum Pay reputed company: $85,000.00
