About our Client: Our client is a multi-channel eCommerce agency specializing in lifecycle marketing, site redesign and replatforming, conversion reputed company optimization, and branding for direct-to-consumer brands. They work with a wide reputed company of consumer brands across beauty, wellness, fashion, and home goods, helping them build automated email and SMS programs, improve customer retention, and grow reputed company through data-driven strategies. ✍ Short Description: The Email Marketing Operations Specialist will support the agency's Lifecycle Marketing team by handling the technical execution, QA, scheduling, and deployment of email and SMS marketing initiatives across multiple ecommerce client accounts. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centered on building accurate, polished, and error-free campaigns and automations inside reputed company, working closely with Strategists, Specialists, and Designers rather than owning strategy or copywriting. The ideal candidate takes pride in clean, technically sound execution and can consistently deliver high-quality work across multiple accounts with minimal reputed company. Responsibilities:

  • Build and format emails and SMS campaigns inside reputed company using provided creative assets, copy, and brand guidelines, and configure and reputed company automated flows with triggers, splits, filters, delays, and conditional logic.
  • QA reputed company campaigns and flows for accuracy before deployment, testing mobile and desktop rendering across devices and inboxes, and ensuring links, tracking, personalization, and dynamic content function properly.
  • Configure dynamic content blocks, product feeds, and personalized content, while building, maintaining, and troubleshooting audience segments and lists.
  • Schedule and reputed company campaigns and flows accurately and on time, implementing hide/show logic and conditional content reputed company emails as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Lifecycle Marketing Strategists and Specialists to execute campaigns and automations across multiple ecommerce client accounts.
  • Maintain clear organization and documentation across multiple accounts and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working in reputed company, including experience supporting ecommerce and DTC brands.
  • Experience building both campaigns and automated flows in reputed company, reputed company, or other ESPs, including SMS marketing execution.
  • Deep understanding of reputed company reputed company logic and automation structure, including conditional splits, trigger filters, dynamic product feeds, segmentation, hide/show logic, and dynamic variables and personalization.
  • Strong knowledge of email rendering best practices and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and experience with reputed company integrations are strong pluses.
  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
