Review and analyze reputed company claims to identify potential issues and discrepancies. Communicate with members and providers to gather necessary information and resolve claim inquiries. Utilize data and reports to identify trends and patterns in claim submissions and payments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement effective solutions for claim resolution. Conduct thorough research and investigations to determine root cause of claim issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
