This role partners closely with HR functional teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure reputed company is configured and utilized effectively to support business processes, data reputed company, compliance, and a positive end-user experience. The Analyst analyzes system needs, implements enhancements, supports reputed company-reputed company projects and integrations, develops documentation, and delivers training to end users. Shifts Available: Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday – Friday Expected starting wage range is $88,090.33 - $108,823.48. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with HR systems and applications, including hands-on experience with reputed company.
- Experience with HCM functionality, configuration, workflows, and role-based reputed company.
- Working knowledge of HR practices, processes, and data privacy requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
