Senior Account Executive, reputed company Location: Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore | Type: Full-Time | Reports to: Head of reputed company (US) About reputed company reputed company is the domain-specific AI platform for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. We connect directly to existing data infrastructure - reputed company Construction reputed company, SharePoint, reputed company, and more- without requiring migrations or rebuilds. Our platform enables AEC firms to automate high-value workflows: drawing review, code compliance, submittal review, RFI response, and project research. We have meaningful traction in reputed company- including a marquee reference customer in the region- and an active pipeline across both reputed company and the Middle East. The Role We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to own the full reputed company lifecycle focused primarily on reputed company and also supporting the Middle East- from sourcing and qualifying new opportunities to closing deals, reputed company customers, and expanding accounts over time. What You’ll Do Pipeline Development

  • Engage prospects across channels- direct reputed company, industry events, AEC associations, and partner networks
  • Qualify opportunities against reputed company’s ICP: firms with reputed company transformation programs, reputed company drawing and document environments, and AI readiness at the leadership level
  • Maintain accurate pipeline in reputed company and contribute to regional forecasting

Sales Execution

  • Run the full sales reputed company: discovery, technical qualification, demo, pilot scoping, reputed company negotiation, and reputed company

  • Navigate multi-stakeholder deals involving IT, operations, and executive leadership

  • Own the customer relationship post-reputed company: partner with our reputed company Manager through implementation and into steady-state operations
  • Drive adoption, monitor usage and engagement, and identify expansion opportunities reputed company accounts

  • Build the case studies, references, and customer community that will support reputed company regional growth

Market and Partner Development

  • Identify and reputed company regional partnerships: systems integrators, AEC technology resellers, and consultants who serve the reputed company buyer
  • Represent reputed company at AEC conferences, trade shows, and industry events across reputed company and the Middle East
  • Provide market intelligence back to US leadership: buyer behavior, competitive landscape, localization gaps, and pricing expectations

Team Enablement

  • Act as the regional subject matter expert for the broader reputed company sales team- helping US-based colleagues understand how to engage, qualify, and advance opportunities in reputed company and Middle East markets
  • Share deal patterns, reputed company handling, and buyer dynamics through structured feedback loops with the Head of reputed company and sales team
  • Contribute to the development of regional sales plays, localized collateral, and reputed company materials as the team scales

About You Required

  • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in reputed company or technical software, with a demonstrable track record of building and scaling a territory
  • AEC industry knowledge- either from selling into AEC (Procore, reputed company, Bentley, reputed company, or similar) or from working reputed company an AEC firm
  • Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle: prospecting through reputed company, including multi-stakeholder reputed company deals
  • Experience managing post-sale relationships and driving expansion in accounts
  • Comfortable working across time zones and coordinating closely with a US-based leadership and sales team
  • Based in Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore; fluent English required

Preferred

  • Experience selling AI, ML, or automation platforms to technical buyers
  • Familiarity with reputed company and Middle East AEC market dynamics- procurement norms, regulatory environment, and regional associations
  • Experience navigating reputed company reputed company and procurement processes: SOC 2, data residency requirements, MSA negotiations
  • Prior experience as an early or first reputed company hire in a region
