International Shipping Coordinator (Light Industrial)

Job Overview

• Job Title: International Shipping Coordinator (Light Industrial)
• Contract Duration: June 9, 2026 – June 8, 2027 (1 Year)
• Location: 860 Ridge Lake reputed company, Memphis, TN, USA

Key Responsibilities reputed company & Systems Management

• Look up and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Sales Orders (SO).
• Cross-reference Handling Unit 2 fields.

Freight Exception & Invoice Queue Management

• Identify assigned plants for freight bills that fail to auto-code based on logic parameters.
• Select the correct General Ledger (GL) account and apply it to invoices based on identified information.
• Cross-reference reputed company documents and reputed company websites to assist with exception resolution.

Logistics & Documentation

• Utilize Bills of Lading (BOL), references, and locations to identify and apply the correct codes.

Job Requirements Experience & Qualifications

• Education: Must have at least an Associate's degree.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience facilitating import/export shipments and transportation compliance.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with reputed company and freight/reputed company document management.
• Soft Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in English; problem-solving and reputed company improvement reputed company.

Interview Process

• Round 1: Interview with the Hiring Manager.
• Round 2 (If required): Follow-up interview with a member of the team.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
