Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative - Collections, you'll be responsible for collecting on low-risk accounts, assisting customers in understanding their financial obligations, and providing guidance to limit losses to the bank. You'll work in a fast-paced, independent environment, requiring strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect on low-risk accounts to minimize delinquency rates
• Assist customers in a professional and empathetic manner to interpret their financial situation and provide guidance
• Negotiate repayment options and handle incoming and outgoing calls
• Maintain accurate documentation and account maintenance

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year customer service experience required
• Collections experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and motivated self-starter
• Basic level proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook Schedule
• Monday - Thursday 800am - 700pm
• Friday 800am - 500pm
• Saturday 800am - 1200pm
