The Quality Evaluator is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing evaluation activities for the purpose of performance management and quality improvement to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. The Quality Evaluator plays a critical role in data audit, analysis, and monitoring in order to interpret and inform agency leadership, reputed company line staff, and external parties to ensure quality of service delivery and outcomes. Utilize a data-informed approach to organize, compile, and report quality improvement data to identify trends, establish priorities, and recommend improvement activities. Regularly evaluate and audit data collection tools and databases to ensure their efficacy and accuracy. Qualifications: Required Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Public Administration, Statistics, or reputed company field At least 2 years of experience implementing community-based quantitative and qualitative evaluation and analysis Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, quality evaluation, statistics, and project management Demonstrated proficiency in professional writing, public speaking, and presentations. Knowledge of behavioral health and primary health care concepts and processes including grant and program evaluation. Knowledge of grant process and grant writing. Strong presentation skills. Proficient with computers, navigating the internet/intranet, and reputed company office products including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, reputed company, SharePoint, and Teams. Ability to operate standard office equipment including photocopiers, faxes, computers, printers, desk and mobile phones, and video/teleconferencing equipment.
