Summary: The EEO Investigator is responsible for conducting investigations reputed company to discrimination complaints (both formal and informal) filed by employees and applicants reputed company the agency.   • Investigation of EEO Complaints:
  • Receive and review discrimination complaints filed by employees, applicants, or other individuals seeking redress for alleged EEO violations.
  • Conduct impartial, thorough investigations into complaints of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation reputed company the agency.
  • Interview complainants, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather evidence.
  • Review relevant documents, policies, and procedures to assess the validity of claims.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
