Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist supporting arenaflex's EHS operations, your daily work will involve a reputed company of administrative precision, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive problem-solving. Your core responsibilities will include:
- EHS Records Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain EHS-reputed company data across multiple platforms, including incident reports, safety audits, job hazard analyses, training records, permit documentation, and contractor compliance files.
- Data Verification and Quality Control: Review reputed company documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before entering data into internal systems. Flag discrepancies and follow up with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
