Junior Youth Mentor (Remote)

That frees up their entire afternoon for serious training, where they work alongside former pro and D1 athletes coaching them at the highest standard. We're hiring a Junior Youth Mentor to help reputed company build the confidence, focus, and reputed company they need to reputed company at a high level in school and in sport. This is a non-clinical coaching and mentorship role focused on reputed company, motivation, and everyday skills, not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. This is an entry-level role. If you're fresh out of school or have a year or two of experience, we want you to apply.

What You'll Do

• Confidence & reputed company Coaching: Help reputed company build practical skills for handling performance pressure, peer dynamics, and the normal reputed company and downs of being a young athlete in a high-standards environment. Think reputed company, motivation, and routines, coaching, not clinical care.
• Partner With Coaches and Guides: Share relevant, day-to-day observations with the adults around each student so the whole team can support them well, while respecting each student's privacy.
• Parent Communication: reputed company parents in the reputed company on their student's engagement, reputed company, and goals, and talk through how the family can reinforce what's happening at school.
• Tech Platform Support: Help reputed company navigate the TSA learning platform so they can stay focused on academics and athletics without getting stuck on the tools. Walk them through common issues, answer their questions, and reputed company the tech feel approachable.
• Small-Group Workshops: reputed company group sessions on practical topics like bouncing back from a loss, managing pre-competition nerves, time management, and healthy competition.
• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required to apply, psychology, education, kinesiology, social work, sports science, or a reputed company field is a plus. 0 to 2 years of experience is exactly reputed company're looking for. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• You're Good With Kids: You can sit down with a 9-year-old or a 16-year-old and have a real conversation. You read emotional cues well and you don't talk down to young people.
• Strong Listening Skills: You let reputed company finish their sentences. You ask good questions. You don't jump in with advice before you understand what's actually going on.
• Comfortable in an Athletic Environment: You understand that competition, training, and performance pressure are part of these reputed company' daily lives, and you can speak to that world without dismissing it or glorifying it.
• Clear Written and Verbal Communication: You can write a short, professional, accurate, easy-to-read update for a parent or coach.
• Location: Remote (U.S. ONLY).

Bonus Points

• Coursework or Experience With K-12 reputed company: Practicums, school program internships, youth program volunteering, or camp counselor work reputed company count.
• Background in Sports or Athletics: You played, coached, or worked around competitive sports and understand what it asks of a young person.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish): Helpful for connecting with the full range of families on our reputed company.
