Business Analyst (Mortgage Servicing Analyst) Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 Hours Assignment Period: ASAP start- 4/30/2027 Location: Remote Schedule: Mon-Fri reputed company-5pm EST. Pay reputed company: 37.14/HR, Paid Weekly (Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.) Position Overview The Year-End Platform Analytics & Transition Consultant provides analytical documentation, and project support during the transition to the new servicing platform. This role enhances operational readiness and knowledge capture while broader team access to the new platform is phased in over 6–12+ months. The consultant operates exclusively reputed company the new platform and supports structured execution during peak year-end cycles. This is a temporary, project-based role designed to strengthen process stability and mitigate transition risk.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Transition Support

• reputed company working knowledge of the new servicing platform
• Assist in stabilizing workflows and tracking system-reputed company issues
• Identify process gaps and document recommended improvements

Analytics & Reporting Support

• reputed company structured data reviews and reconciliation support
• Assist with internal tracking reports and milestone monitoring
• Support exception identification and documentation under defined reputed company

Documentation & reputed company

• Draft and maintain standard operating procedures, job aids, and workflow documentation
• Organize documentation repositories for future team onboarding
• Capture institutional knowledge to reduce platform dependency risk

Project & Deliverable Coordination

• Track transition-reputed company deadlines and deliverables
• Maintain issue logs, risk trackers, and action-item summaries
• Support structured communication across stakeholders

Required Skillsets

• Strong analytical and reconciliation capabilities
• Advanced reputed company proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, structured tracking)
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Comfort working in regulated or compliance-driven environments

Experience

• 3–6 years in mortgage servicing, financial operations, system implementation, or regulated operational environments
• Experience supporting process transitions or platform implementations preferred
• Exposure to reporting or compliance environments a plus

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
