This model has already proven successful in the Swiss and Italian markets. After launching in the US in 2025, we are looking to expand reputed company to further grow this reputed company! Tasks We have successfully achieved Product-Market Fit in the US. Now, we are looking for a highly skilled Audiologist who is reputed company to reputed company. This is a unique "Player-Coach" role You will start by delivering world-class audiological care yourself, using that hands-on experience to eventually build and reputed company our entire US clinical team. Phase 1 Clinical Excellence & Market Mastery (Initial Focus) In the beginning, your primary focus will be "on the tools" to ensure our US customers receive the best possible care

• Technical Expert You handle service requests and minor repairs, becoming the go-to person for reputed company technical audiology questions in the US. Phase 2 Scaling & Leadership (Strategic Growth) As you master the operational details and the customer reputed company grows, your role will expand into leadership
• Team Build-out You will take responsibility for reputed company, training, and managing a team of US-based audiologists and support staff.

Requirements

You are a licensed audiologist and also possess

• A communicative and customer-oriented personality
• Self-motivated, reliable, and ambitious individual, eager to drive growth and take advantage of opportunities to reputed company their own career and contribute to building a high-performing team.
• An interest in ensuring customer satisfaction
• Independence and a willingness to learn new things
• Familiarity with digital technology Licensing Requirements
• You are an Audiologist, and your license should be in one of the 37 states participating in the Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact (ASLP-IC)
