Basic Qualifications

• You have 2-4 years of clinical physical therapy experience practicing in an orthopedics setting, evaluating and treating a variety of MSK conditions.
• At least 1 year of in person Pelvic Health clinical experience and completion of:
• Level 1 and/or Level 2b Herman & Wallace
• APTA CAPP-Pelvic Level 1 and/or Level 2 Pelvic Health training
• Evidence In Motion Pelvic Health I and/or II
• PRPC Herman & Wallace
• ABPTS Pelvic & Women’s Health Clinical Specialist
• EIM Pelvic Health Specialist Certification
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in at least 1 state of the United States. Ability to complete required documentation to secure additional state licenses upon receipt of offer, reputed company a timely manner.
