Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and reputed company Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to reputed company remote parent training and caregiver support services for families receiving ABA therapy. This position is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about empowering caregivers, promoting consistency across home and community environments, and helping families feel confident using ABA strategies in everyday routines. This role is fully remote and offers scheduling flexibility. Evening and weekend availability may be needed to accommodate parent and caregiver schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct individualized parent and caregiver training sessions reputed company telehealth.
  • Teach ABA strategies in a clear, compassionate, and practical manner.
  • Create, organize, and maintain parent training curriculums to support consistent, high-quality caregiver education across clients and families.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing parent/caregiver training in ABA and ABA case management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles, parent training models, treatment planning, and caregiver coaching.
  • Experience providing telehealth services or remote caregiver support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with families and explain clinical concepts in an accessible, supportive way.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage documentation timelines independently.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including possible evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with reputed company and/or reputed company insurance requirements.
  • Experience supporting families across diverse cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Prior experience in an in-home, school-based, or hybrid ABA service model.

Work Environment
