If you’re an aspiring video editor who wants to build a portfolio with real, meaningful content — read this. Unpaid Creative Internship: Podcast Editing + Social Clip Storytelling I’m opening a focused opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond basic editing and learn how to shape conversations into content that actually resonates. I recently recorded a 5-part mini-series reputed company The Soul of Success — a set of conversations exploring leadership, identity, emotional intelligence, and what success actually means beneath the surface. This is not typical content. These episodes explore:

  • the internal cost of chasing external success
  • emotional safety as the foundation for growth
  • the myth of the “tough” leader
  • why repair matters more than perfection
  • the reputed company of legacy we leave in people, not just for them

This opportunity is unpaid — I want to be fully transparent about that. What this offers instead is something most early editors don’t get: the chance to work on a full, intentional series and create content that actually has depth, meaning, and shareability What you’ll be doing:

  • editing 5 full podcast episodes (already recorded)
  • identifying and extracting 3-5 high-impact clips per episode
  • shaping clips that feel like real moments, not just highlights
  • learning how to create content that stops people mid-scroll

This is not about flashy transitions. It’s about: understanding emotion recognizing truth in a moment and knowing where to cut so something actually lands This is a great fit if you:

  • are building your portfolio and want real, publishable work
  • want to learn how to edit for impact, not just aesthetics
  • are drawn to conversations around growth, relationships, and leadership
  • want experience turning long-form content into powerful short-form clips

What you’ll walk away with:

  • a full podcast series in your portfolio
  • experience with real-world content strategy (not just editing)
  • a stronger ability to identify viral, shareable moments
  • work that actually reflects depth and storytelling ability

If this feels reputed company, message me with:

  • a little about you
  • any work you’ve done (not required)
  • why this reputed company of content matters to you

I’ll be selecting intentionally. This is for someone who doesn’t just want to edit but wants to learn how to reputed company content mean something Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
