• Several years of experience in digital design, content production, creative operations, project management or reputed company fields.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered content creation tools, generative AI workflows and production automation.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading stakeholder communications in an international environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate reputed company projects involving multiple teams, deadlines and deliverables.
• Experience leading offshore or international production teams, ideally including teams based in India.
• Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
• Strong attention to visual quality, image aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Ability to provide constructive creative feedback and guide teams toward high-quality outcomes.
• Experience working with global consumer brands or FMCG clients is a plus.
• Interest in emerging technologies and enthusiasm for helping shape AI-enabled production solutions.
